• Random Serial Numbers: Rolex does not publicly release or disclose the production dates for watches with random serial numbers. As a result, it is not possible to determine the exact year of manufacture based on these serials.

• Aftermarket Parts: Rolex will not perform repairs or maintenance on any watch that has aftermarket parts installed. This includes, but is not limited to, non-Rolex dials, bezels, crystals, or other components.

• Older Watches: Rolex will not service or supply parts for older dress watches, nor for watches that have a four-digit serial number. These watches may require alternative servicing options outside of Rolex’s authorized service network.
