Care You Can Count On
Every watch we service is handled with care and respect. We’ll provide clear estimates, honest guidance, and timely updates so you always know what to expect. Choose The Jewelry Source for dependable minor watch repairs and service you can trust.
Water Resistance
Water resistance is not permanent; gaskets must be inspected regularly and replaced as needed.
Avoid hot tubs, showers, chlorinated water, chemicals, and solvents.
Battery replacement does not guarantee water resistance.
Cases, especially nugget-style or worn ones, may not be resealable.
We will notify you of any gasket or water damage found during service.
Non-Serviceable Watches
Many solar, multifunction, tech-integrated, Casio/G-Shock, and luxury brands must be serviced by authorized centers. Due to parts restrictions, most major repairs and restorations require factory service. We will examine your watch and advise the best course.
Policies
Generic parts may be used when originals aren’t available (you’ll be informed).
We cannot install customer-supplied parts.
